Starting in the country side and moving into the city, our customer service has been honed to be second to none to cater for all environments. Our customers have been able to focus more on day to day operations without the worry of down time or the hassle of dealing with issues if they occur. Many people to this day still don't have access to specialised IT services, are running out of date, poorly configured systems or are unhappy with their current service and don't know who to turn to.

After having worked in the IT industry for over 10 years, Matt has gained a solid understanding of the home and small/medium business view on technology. Today, large aspects of our lives encompass using more stream-lined services with computers and networking. Excelling in fixing the huge hole in the industry by helping people get the right personalised service that goes to them, when and where they needed it.
With a strong background in Home and Business network solutions, Office equipment sales, Technical services and document handling solutions. Matt always goes the extra step in making sure that customers get the fastest service and the most up-to-date advice.
Name: Nick Green, IT Support Technician
Spending some years finishing a degree in Social Science, Nick then progressed on to for a number of 'Not for Profit' organisations. Working in positions from Remote Support Technician and Support Supervisor.
Sound knowledge of operating systems and great experience in one-on-one training with people of all ages. Nick is able to provide strong problem solving skills with easy to understand communication. Whether onsite or over the phone, he can provide the technical service and support when you need it most.
